When should I consider DTF instead of silkscreen?
DTF is worth considering for detailed, multicolour artwork or designs with gradients. Compare it with silkscreen using your actual quantity, garment, artwork size and print positions; there is no single quantity at which one method is always cheaper.
How do I choose between cotton and microfiber uniforms?
Start with the job: indoor or outdoor use, movement, appearance and comfort. Cotton and microfiber garments vary by construction and finish, so compare the actual model specifications and size charts rather than relying on the fabric name alone.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no single MOQ stated here for every garment and printing method. Send your quantity, design and preferred product so the team can confirm the applicable minimum and available options for that job.
What should I send for a DTF quotation?
Send your artwork, total quantity, size breakdown, preferred shirt model and colour, print positions and approximate dimensions. Include the required date and delivery postcode so the enquiry can be assessed as a complete job.
